A leading telecom operator faced significant challenges with its customer registration journey. The existing 14-step process created friction, leading to high dropout rates and a poor customer onboarding experience. Additionally, fraudulent account takeover risks demanded stronger login security measures. The objective was to simplify registration, strengthen authentication and deliver a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining strong security.

- Needed a more flexible, low-code solution to support evolving customer journeys.

The Solution

Trevonix, in collaboration with Ping Identity, implemented a modern cloud-based identity solution with the following enhancements:

- Migrated to a PingOne Cloud solution for streamlined customer journey orchestration.

- Introduced Passwordless login with Passkeys, including biometric, OTP, and FIDO support.

- Implemented Auto Registration API to simplify post-sale customer account setup.

- Delivered registration flow enhancements for both consumer and business users, including migration of usernames to email-based logins.
