We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ForgeRock Consultant with 10+ years of experience in ForgeRock Access Management (AM), Identity Management (IDM), and OpenDJ to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimising ForgeRock solutions for enterprise-scale identity and access management (IAM) projects.
- Design, deploy, and customize ForgeRock Access Management (AM), Identity Management (IDM), and OpenDJ solutions.
- Develop and implement authentication, authorisation, single sign-on (SSO), and federation solutions using ForgeRock AM.
- Configure and manage user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity lifecycle management using ForgeRock IDM.
- Integrate ForgeRock solutions with LDAP, Active Directory, REST APIs, and third-party applications.
- Optimise OpenDJ for high-performance directory services, including schema design, replication, and backup strategies.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, debug logs, and resolve technical challenges in ForgeRock deployments.
- Collaborate with security architects, developers, and business stakeholders to align IAM solutions with compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest ForgeRock features, security trends, and IAM advancements.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in ForgeRock AM, ForgeRock IDM, and OpenDJ.
- Strong knowledge of ForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG) and OpenAM/OpenIDM (legacy versions) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or Python for customisation and scripting.
- Experience with LDAP, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) for IAM deployments.
- Strong understanding of directory services, replication, and clustering in OpenDJ.
- ForgeRock certifications (e.g., ForgeRock Certified Architect, Engineer) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Experience in migrating from legacy IAM solutions (Sun/Oracle, Ping, IBM) to ForgeRock.
- Knowledge of cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP) integrations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities electively.
