Job Overview
Responsible for managing and supporting the Identity Governance platform in a managed services environment. The role involves handling day-to-day operations, access governance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of IAM processes. Experience with Saviynt IGA is preferred. Should have hands-on experience in setting up and managing Saviynt managed services from scratch, including transition, steady-state operations, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Saviynt Operations & Support
-Handle daily operations in Saviynt (access requests, provisioning, deprovisioning)
-Monitor jobs, workflows, and system health
-Resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues within SLA
-Manage escalations and critical issues - User Lifecycle Management (JML)
-Execute Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes
-Ensure timely onboarding and offboarding
-Manage role-based and entitlement-based access - Saviynt Configuration & Enhancements
-Configure workflows, approval processes, and policies
-Manage roles, access requests, and certifications
-Work on rules, analytics, and controls within Saviynt
-Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes - Integrations & Connectors
-Support integrations with:
-Active Directory / LDAP
-HR systems (Workday, SAP, etc.)
-Target applications (cloud/on-prem)
-Troubleshoot connector and provisioning issues
-Work with REST APIs and flat file integrations - Access Governance & Compliance
-Execute and manage access certifications/campaigns
-Ensure compliance with audit requirements (SOX, ISO, GDPR)
-Generate audit reports and evidence
-Support audit queries - Automation & Optimization
-Automate repetitive tasks and workflows
-Improve provisioning efficiency and reduce manual effort
-Identify process gaps and recommend improvements - Monitoring & Reporting
-Track SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics
-Build reports and dashboards for stakeholders - Stakeholder Management
Work closely with client teams, application owners, and auditors
Provide regular updates and service reviews
Required Skills
- Technical Skills
-Hands-on experience with Saviynt
-Strong understanding of IAM/IGA concepts
-Knowledge of:
-User lifecycle (JML)
-RBAC / access control models
-SSO, MFA basics
Experience with:
SQL (for queries, troubleshooting)
APIs / JSON
Basic scripting (PowerShell / Python) - Saviynt-Specific Knowledge
