At Trevonix, we are looking for an experienced Saviynt IGA Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory engineering to join our growing Identity & Access Management practice. This role is ideal for professionals with deep knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), enterprise identity architecture, and directory migration strategies who are passionate about building secure and scalable identity ecosystems.

As a Saviynt IGA Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise IAM solutions with a strong focus on Saviynt, Entra ID, Active Directory, and identity data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with migration tooling such as Quest and a strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, governance, and access controls across complex enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver modern identity solutions that support security, compliance, and operational efficiency while driving best practices across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

‍

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Saviynt IGA solutions across enterprise environments
• Design and support identity governance frameworks, access certification, provisioning, and role management processes
• Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, directories, HR systems, and cloud platforms
• Manage and support Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments
• Lead directory consolidation and migration activities using tools such as Quest or similar migration platforms
• Develop and implement identity lifecycle management workflows and automation processes
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless identity integrations
• Design scalable and secure IAM architectures aligned with business and compliance requirements
• Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for IAM and directory-related challenges
• Support CI/CD and automation initiatives related to IAM deployments and integrations
• Work within Agile/Scrum environments to deliver enterprise IAM transformation projects
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and innovation within IAM operations and governance processes

Required Skills & Experience

‍

• 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Strong hands-on expertise in Saviynt IGA implementation and architecture
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory engineering
• Experience with directory migration and consolidation projects using Quest or similar migration tools
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, RBAC, and access governance
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise applications, cloud services, and directories
• Knowledge of authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
• Self-driven with the ability to independently manage complex integrations and enterprise identity initiatives

• Experience with PowerShell or shell scripting
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation pipelines
• Familiarity with GitLab and Git Flow practices
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk
• Understanding of IAM security best practices and compliance frameworks
• Experience working with hybrid identity environments
• Familiarity with application onboarding and connector development in Saviynt
• Knowledge of Linux systems and networking concepts
