We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager who can own execution across multiple marketing functions while contributing to campaign planning and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond pure execution but still enjoys being deeply involved in day-to-day marketing activities. You will work closely with the Associate Director – Global Marketing and collaborate across content, design, sales, partners, and leadership teams. This is not a people-heavy managerial role, but it does require ownership, accountability, and independent decision-making.
You’ll be working directly with the Associate Director – Global Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders across content, design, sales, and partner teams to execute impactful campaigns.
Own and execute end-to-end B2B marketing initiatives across digital, content, campaigns, partners, and events
Translate high-level marketing direction into clear execution plans and timelines
Manage and coordinate content production (blogs, social media, emailers, presentations, sales enablement material)
Lead collaboration with designers, writers, agencies, and internal stakeholders
Oversee social media strategy and execution, including calendars, engagement, and performance tracking
Support website management, landing pages, SEO hygiene, and basic analytics
Plan and execute webinars, events, newsletters, and partner marketing programs
Track campaign performance and prepare reports and insights for internal reviews
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and positioning across all touchpoints
3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
Exposure to tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise clients, especially global accounts
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, not limited to paid media or SEO
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Comfortable working across tools such as Canva, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Brevo, WordPress, Webflow
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, structured, and accountable approach to work
Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity
